Smile {Insert Holiday here} Cookie bark!!

    Hi, everyone!!

This stuff is so yummy, my mom has made it for Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine's Day!! It's simple and any chocolate fan will love it. For the sake of making sense, I'm going to use Easter as an example of the type of cookie bark to make.

14 Whole Oreos broken up (Easter Oreos; if you can't find them, then regular ones work just as fine)
1 1/2 cups of pretzels, broken (the long, skinny ones are ideal)
1 Cup of Easter colored M&Ms
1 lb of white chocolate bark or pieces

First, line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Mix on the sheet the Oreos, pretzels and 3/4 cup of the M&M's
Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl for 1 1/2 minutes (only if using the large bricks of bark, if using chocolate chips or smaller pieces melt 30 seconds at a time), stir, and continue melting in microwave for 30 seconds at a time until melted and smooth. Drizzle over the candy mixture and top with extra M&M's. Allow to dry at room temperature or in the refrigerator until hardened. Break into chunks and serve!

I got this recipe from Keeping up with the Kitchen Mom's blog, and made a few adjustments. There's also other varieties of the recipe out there too! Enjoy
