Okay so who has done the whole30 program? I just started it today, any favorite recipes?
I'm on day 22 of my Whole30! Basically I have been rotating the same meal selections, but have been referencing the blog Nom Nom Paleo for a lot of recipe ideas! I've been eating tons of turkey sliders, fish, roasted pork tenderloin, hamburgers with no bun, chicken and a ton of roasted vegetables.

Basically it is a really stringent paleo style diet where you eat natural grass-fed proteins, vegetables, fruits and limited quantities of healthy fats. I read their book It Starts With Food and it was a real eye opener to my emotional eating habits, starting this diet has cut out a lot of my emotionally driven cravings.
