its not that bad. at first it seems difficult but you will adjust quickly. As far as weight loss goes- some of the gluten free options can have more calories, so you will have to watch for that.

I dont think people necessarily lose weight from going gluten free, i think the loss is mainly because they are eating healthier in general. For instance, not eating tons of pizza, giant sandwiches, deserts, sugary cereal and so forth.

When i first went gluten free i printed out a list of gluten free restaurants. Chipotle, pee wei's, most mexican restaurants, Sammy's pizza, and outback are a couple of gluten free friendly restaurants.
