Anyone have a good Tilapia recipe?
That's ironic... I'm having that for dinner.
Typically, what I do, is take a skillet and put either olive oil in it or spray it with non-stick spray. Squirt some lemon in the pan and put the fish in the juice. Then sprinkle it with pepper and dill and just let it cook until it's done.
I've also breaded it before (dip it in milk and then in bread crumbs or corn flakes, whichever I have) and put it in the frying pan with either a little vegetable oil or with the spray.
There is no medicine like hope, no incentive so great, and no tonic so powerful
as expectation of something better tomorrow.

We have always put on piece of tinfoil with some pats of butter, onion and whatever spices you like and then wrap it up like a foil pack and bake it. Not sure on the times..but if you google fish foil pack recipes, you should come up with a lot!
I always fry them up in a pan with little oil and seasonings.
You can also bake it with butter and seasonings and dill
I'm baking it as we speak as well. That's funny.
I just use lemon pepper but I spy some good ideas in this thread as well!
This is the recipe I went with - parmesan crusted tilapia mmm - Cycle 1

I like marinating mine in fat free Italian dressing and then baking it or putting it on the grill.
This is what we had as well I just put some homemade Emeril seasoning on mine and baked it and it was fantastic!
If I don't "bread" it with coconut flour I just pan-sear it in coconut oil with spices. Delicious. I had it last night.
I'm making fish tacos with it tonight. I got this seasoning at the grocery store after a neighbor recommended it. Simply Organic Fish Taco, Seasoning Mix, Certified Organic, 1.13-Ounce Packets (Pack of 12): Amazon.com: Grocery & Gourmet Food
I will let you know how it turns out!
