We have always put on piece of tinfoil with some pats of butter, onion and whatever spices you like and then wrap it up like a foil pack and bake it. Not sure on the times..but if you google fish foil pack recipes, you should come up with a lot!

I'm baking it as we speak as well. That's funny.

I just use lemon pepper but I spy some good ideas in this thread as well!

I normally put it in the foil completely frozen, 25 minutes at 400 degrees and it's fall-apart tender and juicy when you take it out.
