This is good! It's from "Student's Vegetarian Cookbook." (author escapes me at the moment).
3/4 cup soy or non-dairy milk (I tried almond, and it did not work so I would stick with soy if possible)
2 TB cocoa powder
2 TB sugar (or other sweetener, I use agave)
2 tsp cornstarch
Mix the cornstarch, cocoa, and sugar together. Add 1/4 cup of the milk.
Stir until smooth. Then add the rest of the milk, still stirring.
When smooth microwave for 1.5 minutes.
Stir.
Re-microwave for 1.5 minutes.
Cool.
