Gluten Free stuff is pretty easy to find. Every grocery store I have been to has special tags underneath products that are specifically gluten free.

My suggestion, don't try to find replacements, just try to eat healthier. You will naturally go towards a more gluten free diet. Buy more fruits and veggies, dairy products, poultry, fish, meat. Then find a gluten free bread you like. There are always rice crackers and cakes to munch on. Chex is gluten free, and so are some other cereals.
