In order, the answers are 'Yes', 'partially', and 'absolutely'!
I started ww as part of a fitness challenge that I was in back in January. When it ended I was given extended membership to ww and continued to attend meetings and follow the points program. I still do it today, 8 months and almost 60 pounds later. I also joined the gym that I'd been working out at, and IMO I wouldn't have lost as much as quickly if I hadn't had an exersize regimen. WW is a WONDERFUL program that really teaches you, over time, how to eat better and the ww recipes we've tried TASTE better too!! I've got 3 cookbooks now and we have only been disappointed with one recipeI'll continue WW at least until we leave here. I still have about another 45 pounds or so until I hit my ww "lifetime" goal, and I really think I'll continue going even after that. Once you make lifetime the meetings are free...so there's no reason NOT to go.
