    Easy Potluck Dishes?

    Advertisements
I tried searching to see if there were any threads with potluck recipes but I didn't see anything pop out at me so I'm asking

What are some easy, good potluck recipes that you use? I'm trying to think of something to make and I have a few of my usual go to's but I don't know if that will be good for the amount of people. It's for our women's church small group and they have like 40-50 women who will be there.

So what are some of the recipes/dishes you bring to a potluck?

    Pasta salad! Always

cold pasta, cheese cubes/feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, broccoli, carrots, artichoke hearts, olives, herby vinagrette dressing. It's always completely eaten.

I used to make this all the time in college for parties (am I weird? ) and once got 22 different ingredients in it (excluding dressing), including walnuts and cubed salami. People adored it.

Corn Casserole Recipe : Paula Deen : Food Network

This is my go to. It's a huge hit and cheap and easy to make even when doubling or tripling. It says 6-8 servings but I tripled it and it was plenty for about 40-50 people. I use one of those big disposable aluminum pans so it has enough surface area to bake through when I make a big batch.

I always make homemade baked mac 'n' cheese! I can make like 2 huge pans for about $15 and everyone loves it

I buy the bag of macaroni noodles (I think it's 2lbs of pasta), I use one big block of Velveeta and add milk to thin it out. When I pour it in the baking dish I mix in sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)and then top it with a light layer of the shredded cheese and season Italian bread crumbs and bake for about 45 min until bubbly and crisp on top.

This!! SO easy and something warm because at a lot of events there are tons of cold dishes but not so many hot because of the 'keeping them warm' factor.

Not that I don't love a cold dish. I like all dishes. I love potlucks.
Never do anything halfway unless you want to be half happy.

Is this a dream? If it is, please don't wake me from this high. I'd become comfortably numb
until you opened up my eyes to what it's like when everything is right...I can't believe you found me ♥
