Hi Kwillz95. I feel for you. It will be tough but it will pass by quickly. Some days will be harder than others. I recommend that you build a good support system of friends and family and surround yourself with them. Take advantage of free programs such as YMCA Military Respite Care if you have kids. See a therapist for free via Military One Source, Tricare or at the base. Hopefully you are on base or live close to one because other military spouses will understand what you are going through and will be more sympathetic to your situation. We did not live close to a base and were relatively new to Charlotte, NC when my husband deployed. I had no family or close friends for support. I became very depressed. Luckily I found a good therapist.

Keep yourself busy so you have less time to think about how lonely and stressed out you are. Good luck. My prayers are with you and your spouse.
