About Me:

I'm 23 years old fresh out of College well maybe not fresh its been about a yr since graduation (wow time flies) I'm currently working in my field of study from college (surprisingly). My current career is very rewarding. The Organization I work for helps keep/get homeless people off the streets while educating, housing, clothing & mental health. Its great to be apart of such a cause :)

UPDATE:
Well I'm 24yrs old now lol soon enough to be 25 come January....OY! where are my twenties flying to??? I still work at the same job but not until recently have I had the sudden urge to do something more frontline hands on, so I expect my occupation to be changing soon also.

About Us:

My story is sorta unique (as is everyones)...my Navy Love (NL) & I have known of each other for years. My best friend is his sister however, he was away in the Navy for years & I was away in College & in a previous relationship. A blessing in disguise I am no longer with my ex. I graduated College & life had slowed down I began to put everything into perspective what I wanted for myself what I didn't want etc....Well anyways more direct & to the point...I started to see my best friend brother in a different light when he came back from deployment....everyone noticed a spark between us, I was in denial & besides he was my best friend brother!!!!! I jus didn't want things to get awkward weird etc. I tried to ignore it until we both burst out & confessed our feelings for each other... since then we have been on cloud 9 x) . I was on the road to enlist in the Air Force but couldn't do it bc of him, he totally was supportive either way, but going through the Military life double fold is not something I nor he is turned out to be interested in.

Interests & Hobbies:

Writing Poetry, Reading, Family events, Chess (i love that game). I also have this obsession with brillant quotes. Did I mention READING (lol) I'm a bookaholic. I literally take a different route home so I won't pass the bookstore bc I'm prone to buying several at a time while I'm reading several at a time lol. Hey! I'm a real down to Mars kind of person lol :)

Closer to my Sailor so we can really begin our life when his time is served :)

Movies:

Action Flicks. I cannot sit thru a chic flick to save myself. I think the last chick flick I saw purposely was Disney's Pocohantas lol (one of my fav movies)
