    It looks like the commy here frequently carries ground lamb. Any recipes for cooking it? I'm not much of cook and certainly not much of a meat eater. I KNOW though that DH would love it.
    I'm willing to try it out, try something new.

    I don't know about ground lamb, but we LOVE lamb chops around here. Fabulous with mint sauce.

    My mouth is watering just thinking about it. I'm betting ground lamb would be good with something minty too.

    Mint, cumin, diced onions and garlic.
    make burgers, or for into cigar shapes and grill on skewers.
    serve with yogurt sauce.
