Venison?

Love venison. And he is right it is only gamey if you shoot it or cut it wrong. We make so many different things out of it. My favorite is backstrap venison and gravy with pancakes, in fettuccine, soups, with taters. So many things. Depends on how you have it cut and prepped.

I was going to suggest doing shishk kabobs with it, but I think you said you only had the ground venison left. We used to make spaghetti with venison. It was pretty yummy.

sausage and jerky is my favorite way to eat it! I think it is good in chili too though

I totally forgot about jerky! Venison jerky is amazing!

We do stew, and breakfast sausage that has been mixed with regular sausage. Now later on we will try hamburger.

Soak it is milk/buttermilk and that will help with the game taste.

Otherwise, most things I make beef with, we eat venision. I prefer chili the most.

Fry up the meat
Add different beans (black, pinto, red, ect)
V-8 Juice
onion

go to the store and get the McCormick chili package...add it in there...crock pot it for 8 hours.

Jerky. Put it in the dehydrator... or cook it in the rotisserie. If you marinate it right it is almost as good as jerky!

We always had it like chicken friend steak. Pound it then put it in eggs then flour, then fry!
