It's a Turkey breast tenderloin.
It's already been marinated, I just don't know the best way to cook it. Can't do it on the grill so it has to be stovetop, or oven.
Anyone have any tips?
TIA!

I've cooked a turkey breast in the crockpot before that turned out yummy! Bt I don't know if that's the same as a tenderloin...
You can wrap it in foil, add a little beer or wine, and bake it in the oven.
You can do it in a crock pot.
Preheat oven on the broiler setting. Remove the turkey from the marinade and place on the rack in the broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from the heat, turning once, for 20 to 22 minutes or until meat is cooked through and when pierced with a fork the juices run clear. Slice and serve with Cranberry Chutney.
Hope this helps hon.
DH: Thank you. ME: For what, babe? DH: For being you.
you can slice it and do it on the cooktop, put it in the crock pot, bake it.
Personally I would just grill it on the stove top or bake it depending of what I wanted to do with it. Salads or a wrap-- grill. Mashed potatoes and dinner-- bake.
Preheat oven on the broiler setting. Remove the turkey breast tenderloin from the marinade.
Place on the rack in the broiler pan.
Make sure to turn once and cook for a total of 20 to 22 minutes. Or until you can poke your knife or fork through it.
The easiest way would probably be stove top and just cook on a med-high heat. Cover with a lid. And turn after a few minutes.
Thanks yall!
Just a question for you broiler peeps: Wouldn't the broiler really dry it out?
And if I were to cook it in the oven, should I cook it in some chicken broth or beer or water or anything so it keeps moist?
