    I would put it over fritos with a little cheese and sour cream of course.

    9x13 pan, spread cream cheese on the bottom. sprinkle shredded cheese over it. Layer chili on top. Another layer of shredded cheese. In the oven at 350 til cheese is hot and bubbly and melted. Dip chips in and enjoy.

    This would be good with fritos layered in too for a crunchy chili casserole, or just pile it on over nachos.

    I scoop up the dip with fritos or nachos, that way they don't get soggy sitting in it and you can refridgerate leftovers and heat it back up.

    I love dipping tortilla chips in it! Or you can put some over rice or pasta.
