I am not sure how to get one of those banners for deployments. I do not know what they are called nor do I know where to go to get it. I have been looking and I am not having any luck.

They are called tickers. You can either google "tickers" or you can just click on one you like in somebody's signature, and it will take you to the website. To get it in your signature, copy/paste the URL code.

Oh, and make sure you are counting up, not down (Gone for X days, not X days until he comes home)

I looked at those and thought they were super cute. My laptop would not let me download and use any though I am looking into upgrading soon (needless to say).
