I couldn't find the thread, but someone posted a pasta bake where you just combine a jar of alfredo and a jar of spaghetti sauce with a pound of pasta and bake with cheese over the top. I made it tonight, despite my reservations about jarred alfredo, and it was super good! I added ground beef because we had some to use. DH told me it was the most delicious thing I ever made, and when I said "really? the MOST delicious?", he said "well, it's definitely really far up there on the list".
Just an FYI, if you want a tasty, simple, totally unhealthy meal. I think I'll add zucchini next time to at least make it more balanced, even if it's still not healthy
