my favorite go-to breakfast that's far under 300 cals and takes less than 5 minutes:

a 100-cal bagel/sandwich thin (you can get an 8-pack of these if you buy the grocery store brand)
    one egg
a few slices of turkey cold cuts or bacon
srichacha sauce or shredded cheese (or both!)

    1. crack and scramble the egg in a small bowl, dish, or cup with a flat bottom. zap in the microwave for 60 seconds.
    2. while that's cooking, throw the bagel/sandwich thing in the toaster.
3a. if you're having turkey bacon, throw two pieces in between a paper towel. zap in the microwave for 60 seconds once the egg is done.
3b. if you're having turkey cold cuts, fold in half and layer on your delicious bread item.
    4. assemble!
    5. add srichacha/cheese as desired.

I've actually been having this for lunch, but it's a very filling smoothie (and it's peanut butter + chocolate, which automatically makes it amazing to me ):

    4 ice cubes
1/2 or whole banana (depending on how banana-y you like it)
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
1 tbsp PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
    1/2 cup almond milk

ETA: Oh yeah...throw it all in a blender and blend until smooth.
