This isn't traditional Omurice, it's just something I tried when I had leftover rice.
And it's yummy! It's not really a recipe either, just something yummy I wanted to share.
I made an omelet like usual (with egg beaters) and added cheese and about a cup of rice while the topside of the omelet was still runny (so when I closed it the egg runs in between the grains of rice, holding them together. It was fantastic with a bit of salsa!
