Healing my body with food and vitamins

Well recently since coming off the birth control i have been looking for ways to make my cramps bearable naturally because i just can't down an entire bottle of aleve. its not healthy.

So I went online and found some herbs to try, some vitamins to try, foods to try and other methods. I started with the stretching.

Read that pineapples have something in them that blocks the hormone in charge of making cramps. Eating fresh pineapple actually works for me. I also drink raspberry leaf tea. I don't help as much as the pineapple, but it is something nice and warm to drink...
I have also started taking my multivitamin regularly. I forgot why that helps, but it does.


Now let me describe my cramps to you: they start. I take my aleve or midol whatever i have. I wait for it to work. Never works. I took like 3 of them. So I try a hot shower. Nope. Tea nothing. They get so bad that i can't even walk and it causes me to vomit and go to the bathroom until i'm dehydrated. I honestly feel like I'm dying. But thank goodness i have found some natural remedies that are proving to work.
