Wedding's been postponed
So I'm really upset. I got online this morning expecting the usual message from Will. Instead I get a message saying that he's not sure we'll be able to get married next year. Apparently my dad's said that he's not going to pay for the rest of my college if I get married and Will doesn't think we can afford to pay for the house and my school. I'm so dissapointed. I had already started to plan it out and now because we can't afford it I might have to wait three more years.
 I really wanted to get married next year.

Things will work themselves out.. if you're meant to get married next year, it will happen. As long as you have each other, is waiting 3 years longer really that bad??

What about getting married at the justice of the peace? Then having a wedding down the road?

i agree, if you have the rest of your lives to be married, a few more years of waiting wont be a problem
 I know it sucks because you had your hopes up and were really looking forward to it.. I'm sorry!

justice of the peace is a good way to go, have yall that about that? im sorry it has to be postponed though girly, i know its hard.

That stinks...me and my dh got married at the justice of the peace...we planned on a "real" wedding when he got back from his deployment, but it never happened. We are hoping to save up the money for our 7 year anniversary. Good luck, things will work out!
