Dream Wedding???? - Weddings

what was yours? if you had one...or were you just like hmmm i think i'll get married today?

I definatly never thought about it untill now i was not the kid in her bed room dreaming it up and cutting out pictures from a magazine, but i hear that is quite common lol

we planned it in a week we just went to the court house but I still dream about a beautiful wedding one day with all family and friends!

I pretty much had my dream wedding, it was awesome, pretty, and I had all the people I loved there, and I did it all under like $500 so I was pretty excited. I almost got so stressed out and was just going to go to a courthouse, but my friends helped me through it and gave me so much support. It was awesome!

i am totally the girl that has been planning her wedding since i knew what a bride was

i am the oldest of 2 girls and lucky for me i am the girly one of us and i want the big princess wedding, my sister doesnt so my parents can at least afford to help both of us. i know what church i am going to be married in, i look at theknot.com allll of the time getting ideas of dresses i like etc. nowwww all im waiting for is db to ask me the question and i can put all my thoughts and plans into action!

i love talking about weddings seeing wedding pictures and hearing other's wedding stories! weddings are such happy days!

I got mine. All I wanted was to marry my husband, and I did it. I didnt need a dress, or cake or anything. Just him

So I was NOT the girl that planned her wedding. I have thought about getting married but nothing about the wedding. Now I am always thinking about it.

Tiny bit of background. I am a huge classic movie lover. My favorite actor/director is Charlie Chaplin. I love the 30s-40s and wish I could have lived during that time. So anyways I want to have my ceremony in a Movie Theatre! I want the Chaplain to dress like Chaplin. Everyone else has to wear Black,grey, and/or white and I will come out in either a deep red dress or an antique rose dress. I would love to have black and white roses. I also want a slideshow/movie playing in the background with b&w pictures of John and I posing in "classic movie" ways and then clips from old movie weddings. Or a story telling of John and I up until the wedding day through movie clips. I want the cake to look like stacked movie canisters, but I don't know what I want for favors. Maybe miniature Oscars, lol. For my bridesmaids I should get the really nice, really big movie star sunglasses. Or everyone can have a copy of "The Corpse Bride", that was the movie we saw on our first date, *sigh*. So yeah....I'm not the typical princess type wedding girl. oh and John likes the idea but honestly doesn't care what I do as long as he can wear a "top hat, tails, and a cane." which I think flows perfectly with my idea.

All I know is I want to be married in the winter so I can go outside an have a snowball fight with my wedding party, while wearing my wedding dress.
