Picture Ideas - Weddings

My Fiancé and I are having Engagement pictures taken in December. I want some with him in his ACU's but I am kind of lost on what to wear to offset his uniform. Also I wanted to know if anyone else had engagement/couples pictures made and what did yall wear. I do not want us to be matchy but look good. Does anyone have suggestions?

We did pictures with him in his uniform. We did the "Kiss the War Goodbye" pose.. where the soldier is dipping the nurse and kissing her.. so he wore his uniform and I found a cute black dress.

I would just wear a cute and simple dress. Something with a lot of patterns would probably clash with the camo.

DF and I just went for a quick session at Sears and wore white dress shirts and light blue jeans. We'll be going for better ones when he's home, eventually, and I'll probably try and get him to wear his dress blues and I'll be in a little dress.

IMO--I would't want engagement and wedding pics of him in the same outfit.

We did our pics in Florida..he wore a polo and jeans..and I wore a cute sleeveless blouse with jeans.

Most likely he would wear his dress uniform and not his ACU's for the wedding. I've never seen anyone in ACUs for a wedding. I think anything semi-casual would be cute. I agree with the no patterns though....so they don't clash. Anything solid colored whether it is a cute dress or a skirt and top.

I wore a colorful sundress and he wore dark blue jeans and a white T-shirt. He looked amazing.

Go for a plain coloured dress so the pic doesn't look too busy. Black and white pics or colour? Either way a light coloured dress will offset the cam's nicely.
