Shadow boxes - Weddings

Has anyone ever made a wedding shadow box?? I really want to make one after the wedding, but I have NO creativity skills!

If you've made one or had one made for you, can you post a picture?? Also, what kind of things did you include?

that could turn out really beautiful! put your garter, some of your flowers, and invitation/rsvp...it could be wonderful!

I have not made one but I plan on it

(I've been married for three years now.)

I've seen some people put their flowers in them with a picture of them in the background or things like the invitations, the garter etc.

DF then DH will be deploying in March, and I'll be going to school Tuesdays & Thursdays so when he leaves I think that will occupy my mind a little. I'm just not creative AT ALL! Nor have any idea of where I would start

I tried to make a shadow box that included my garter, both our papers that had our original vows on it, ribbon from my flowers, matchbox with our names and wedding date, our invitation, and then some scrapbooking type stickers and extra decorations.
The wedding vows (which is why I wanted to do the shadow box) made the box too white and just didn't look good. So I ended up framing our vows and decorating the rest of the picture frame with scrapbooking stickers and such. Here's a pic of what it turned out. I'm happy with it. :o)
