My mom hasn't picked out a dress yet but my daddy will be in a Tux
![]() I don't think the parents HAVE to match the colors but they should be complementary. But more than anything something they just look good in for pictures. |

My dad will be in a tux. My mom is going for a sage green or possibly lavender dress thing. DF's mom bought this navy blue dress (which makes me
because she says she' gonna lose 50-60 lbs to get into this dress - did I mention that the wedding is in Oct.)Anyway - our colors are red, black and silver. Anything that doesn't clash is fine with me for the parents. |

our colors were scarlet, choc brown and champagne. And it was an evening wedding, so my mom wore a brown evening dress and J's mom were like a dark blue-ish greenish colored evening gown. I dont think they 2 moms should wear the smae color, but thats completely up to yall
![]() let me see if i can find pics. |

My colors were black and red. I didnt tell my parents or DH's parents what to wear. My mom ended up wearing a silver dress and DH's mom wore a black and gold dress. Both of our dad's matched the groomsmen. It looked really good in pictures.

I think usually the mothers wear complimentary colors to the bridal party. As I understand it, the mother of the bride choose her dress first and the mother or the groom then finds something that would look nice with it. I don't think this is at all necessary but its an option depending on how you want to do things!!

My wedding colors were blue, gold, and and antique...Mom ended up wearing a baby blue colored gown, MIL wore a brown one, FIL wore a tux with a brown vest. They complimented the party nicely without matching. I can link you to the album on fb if it helps?
