Wedding planning books?
Anyone have suggestions on a wedding planning book they really liked and thought was really helpful? Thanks in advance! Or maybe even ones to stay away from that you thought were a waste of money?

My reception manager had given me some bridal magazines, and there was a really nice tear out one in Bride magazine that I've been using, and it is very detailed.
I also found lots of information online, printable ones, that were free. I just did a search for free wedding planner. ![]() Was trying to keep costs down, so FREE IS FOR ME.

Try this link http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_bg...0&Go.y=0&Go=Go
It has a lot of idea books as well as planners that you can get that will allow you to keep track of everything that you are doing. I used something similar to the first one and it had a calendar in it that allowed me to keep track of all appointments in one place. |

I like the ones that go with:
www.weddingsolutions.com If you buy one of their books... they usually come with some kind of free online site. But I liked their books more than the others cause it had more of the detailed stuff in it. Especially when it comes to assigned seating and such! However, when it comes to sites, I didn't use theirs a whole lot. I liked www.theknot.com better!

I had 2. I had a beautiful formal type one. DH bought it. Finished product persay and we have that.
I used this checkbook calendar type of managing the wedding thing. IT WAS AWESOME. I bought 2 actually. My maid of honor and I shared mine (I got married back home) and DH got the other one. It was FULL of good project managing calendars and tracking your budget and what's left to do. etc. I highly recommend those. They were totally and completely awesome. |
