how much time do you really need to plan a wedding with 300+ guest?
DF keeps insisting the only time he knows he'll get off next year is in mid-june. he keeps wanting to have the wedding then... that freaks me out because i should graduate that month. BUT i might not graduate until august. i'm just worried about planning a wedding while i'm still in school.

how quickly have some of you put together a "real" wedding?!?
we know what hall we want (food included), we know what church we want, and we already have a dj (given the new date works). also i already bought my dress in november. could we really pull this off? oh would it be crazy?!!?

It most deff can work. If you make it work. G'luck! My DH and I are having our Big Wedding in a week. We had over a year to plan it.. But with him Deployed 1/2 that year, a lot of stuff didn't get done until Oct until now. I got my dress the same month he Deployed and we had everything picked out and booked by the time he got home. But there was//is a lot more to it than that. We'll be getting things done and ready up until the day before or day of the Wedding. It's crazy. It's stressful. But it'll all be worth it!

If you are organized and know what you want I think you can pull it off. I had a friend plan a wedding in 4 months. I don't think her guest list was quite as high as yours, but she did plan two receptions. I would say go for it!

i think it depends on alot of different things. Is the town/city yall getting married at touristy? big? what time of year? Im from Fl, and the specific city we were from is very touristy...lots of people year around that come to have weddings there, especially in nov which is when we had our wedding. I took exactly one year to plan our wedding...it was very formal and on the higher end. I started planning while i was in school...very stressful, the semester was over then it was pretty easy from there. Depending on what you want, what type of wedding, they are pretty hard, but fun to plan....loooots of little details that always get forgotton. But good luck, you guys can def make it work, you just gotta stay focused and on the ball lol
