Definitely thrift stores. You can also pick up some cotton balls, scrap fabric, and paint to make your own.

Thrift stores are the best place to find just about any random thing you need! Also, I just got an ugly sweater for my Pomeranian at Target this week... Seems odd, but it was actually tagged "ugly sweater." It's lime green with purple snowmen... Horrendous. Haha. Anyway maybe Target has ugly sweaters for people too!
