ILBE Waterproof MACS Sack (Marines)

We are desperately trying to find the CIF issued waterproof bag that goes inside the main pack. here is the link to the pic:

I will pay you whatever I need to and give you my fedex account number to get it here so it won't cost you anything but the gas to get it to a fedex shipper.

DHs command won't give him the missing gear statement and said you HAVE to find it. I have called every surplus store imaginable....
I don't understand how he even lost it to begin with!?
PM me if you have any ideas. or your DH has one we can buy!

That's odd. Usually, they're helpful when you lose/misplace things. Why can't he order one through his command?

The store on base doesn't have any? Have your husband go to a higher up and see about getting it. Its probably going to be hard to find one that isn't in use.

You may have to buy the whole new bag...I don't know if you can just get the liner.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry at this point. The main ruck (the big one they have) is over $200 as a new set, but the liner is issued separately so that won't help. The CIF cost for the bag is $32, but his command doesn't want the missing equipment report on their fit-reps.
It's a **** bag for crying out loud. I tried the all the uniform stores in the San Diego area all the way to Point Loma/Coronado. The surplus stores have heard of them, but don't have any in stock, orhave never seen it. The closest we can find is one for 89.99 online but their shipping doesn't know if it is the correct one. I tried searching by NSN (the number CIF gives it and nada)

We just need to get the cif crap squared away and be on our merry way pcs'ing. At this point, he can take the extra duty before he leaves. It's his own fault he lost a dumb $30 bag.
