I could do it, but honestly it would be expensive. Newborn dresses are a lot of work (very tiny dress to sew sleeves etc... onto and if the size itsn't just right it won't fit well.) I would charge about $50 to make the whole outfit.
I would look for a red dress and then see if you can get see if you can get someone to make the apron and hat. |

None of those are Newborn size. The smallest i can find is 12-18 months. She cant even wear 3-6 month clothing yet.

What about this onsie, some striped socks, and a hat?
http://www.ecrater.com/product.php?pid=4851951 This lady can make the hat in infant sized but it look like it'll be $45 or so and will be cutting it close time-wise. |

After searching for you, you'd probably pay close to $50 to try and put it together.
I'll make the outfit for $45. (red dress ($20), apron ($10), bloomers ($10), and hat ($5) ) These would work great for the tights (and she can use them all winter) http://www.babylegs.com/GreenWhite-S...ers--P199.aspx These shoes with a little striped ribbion will work http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...4GYXTB3BXC2HM6 or if authenticity isn't that important then I would use these, because they are cuter http://www.childrensplace.com/webapp...shoes_newborns

If you want to buy it all I would do this:
Dress http://www.childrensplace.com/webapp...piece_newborns Shirt http://www.childrensplace.com/webapp...Ctops_newborns tights and shoes above Then you can just whip up a little white apron.
