well Im in that lovely 2 week wait of TTC and I was hit with a terrible migraine. I was SO sick.. numbness, crazy vision, throwing up, the major headache, sore eyes, dizzy, etc. well taking a couple of high dose Ibuprofin would have helped a lot...but I didnt do it.... just in case Im pregnant. I know it isnt safe to take during pregnancy. so I did the right thing... right?

You need to go talk to your doctor about what is safe and what isn't to take during pregnancy for migraines. I suffer from migraines as well and I stopped the daily medication I take because the affects on the fetus were unknown, and I could not take the Zomig while pregnant. I am not sure about ibuprofin though... But I didn't think it was harmful.
Before I got pregnant with Hayden I made a dr. appointment and went over all that sort of stuff with the doctor since I knew it could be a problem. It was really helpful. |

I too have only been told that Tylenol was ok for pain... so... Ibuprofen is an unknown to me although I do know that women who are trying to conceive should avoid Ibuprofen.

you probably would of been fine taking it in the 2WW. MANY women take all sorts of things before they find out they are pregnant. But if it happens again and you arent sure I would just take tylenol since ibprophen isnt reccomended for pregnany
