Start temping, and watching your cycle, and watch also what you eat and what medications you take. If you are TTC, you need to make sure any meds you take are safe to take while pregnant.

Id start watching your CM everyday, normally when you ovulate it gets thick and stringy like egg whites, that way you have an idea of when you ovulate every month!

well i've been watching my CM and whatnot but i haven't temped in awhile because of the move and everything so it was getting really screwed up. if we don't get pregnant this month i'm going to start temping again (i ordered mroe charts). my lamictal according to my old gyno is safe to take while pregnant (its for my bi-polar and trust me i need it lol).

When you're TTC for the first time I don't see a reason to chart and temp... I only see those things to be necessary when you are having trouble or it's taking a long time to conceive. I have 3 kids that we planned and I've NEVER charted, temped... nothing.
