    How long TTC for #2?

    Advertisements
For those of you with more than one kid...

How long did it take you to TTC #2? DH and I are in our second month TTC and for some reason I am terrified we are going to have issues.

Not logical. No reason. Only tried one month so far.

    Just curious.
Put on your big girl panties and deal with it like a boss.

Got pregnant right away...three times. Trouble comes in many forms.

Also, we planned big time with BC in terms of when I came off of it. I came off of hormonal BC months before we planned to begin TTC because we knew it needed to be out of my system for a while.

Two months isn't a long time, so I wouldn't get concerned. It's natural to worry, though.

    5 months with #3. #2 wasn't planned so that doesn't count.

Whether you've had 1 kid or 10 the time it takes will vary every time. Unless you're the duggars of course. It can take up to a year, it can happen instantly.

Edit, just realized you're on kid 3. My mind is fried this week.

I know, in the past I haven't had issues conceiving, just keeping them; I am literally in my ovulation window right now for my second month... So I know it is way early to be worried...like I said, just a weird gut fear that's totally unfounded.

Can't wait to see pics of your little one!

Truth. We got pregnant with Sydney first shot...so I'm curious to see how long this one takes!

3 months total. 1 month of not actively trying but not preventing. And then 2 months of actively trying.

A little over three years for me, with two miscarriages in between.

It was frustrating and heartbreaking, but it happened. Everyone is different. I wouldn't worry, too much, just yet. It's completely normal for feel a little apprehensive and wonder when it will happen.

It was about 19 months for us. I had an ovarian cyst that ruptured and the next month we conceived.

I had it in my head that it would take awhile to conceive DS2 because I was 35, but it was practically immediate. I had my IUD taken out and exactly 8 weeks later was back at the doctor with him telling me I was 7.5 weeks pregnant.

It's so hard to predict. It can be so different every time for everyone. Good luck!
