How do you tell everyone!?!?!

So hubby and I decided to TTC. But his parents aren't too fond of me, and my parents have told us to wait. Is it bad if we just don't tell them we're trying and only tell them when it happens? I really don't want the lectures from either end!!! So I think we should just not say anything. But will this cause hurt feelings? And if I should tell them, how do I do it and avoid all of the questions??? I don't want them to ruin this happy giddy everythings perfect feeling I have. LOL

uhh we aren't telling anyone when we do TTC, we won't even announce our pregnancy until at least 13 weeks

we never said anything. but then again 3 out of 4 of mine are birth control babies. But even the one we were trying for we didnt say anything. for us TTC is a personal thing between TWO people. no one needs to know anything.

I don't think it's anyone's business when you start trying. If you WANT to tell, then tell them and too bad if they don't like it.Tell em all after your're pregnant and if they throw a fit it's on them.

This is YOUR life and YOUR marriage and you should feel comfortable doing what you want with your own little family!

We never announced our TTC. I think it's more of a surprise when you announce you're preggo. When you inform people that you're TTCing then again that you're preggo 2 months later or so, I feel the "surprise effect" isn't as great...

We won't tell when we TTC or when we actually conceive. It'll be quite a while before we tell anyone because miscarriage runs on my side of the family!

I don't think it's anyones business but your and DH. If they are giving you a hard time tell them after your pregnant. If they keep on you let them know you appreciate their opinion but you and DH are doing this YOUR way. You guys a grown up now. Screw them.
