questions!
so when do you need to start prepping your body to TTC? we decided in April before DH left that we were going to try when he got home and we did while he was home on R&R and knew it was a long shot but he'll be home in a few months and I don't know when to start taking vitamins, cutting out the coffee and alcohol, etc. I have my yearly dr appt in Nov so I plan on asking then but should I already be doing these things?
I wish these next few months would just fly by bc we are both so excited to start our family and 6 months just seems like so far from now lol and idk why but im so freaked out that i won't be able to get pregnant or something and i know there isn't any way to find out until you start trying. Has anyone done the home fertility test? this is def an exciting time but a confusing one!

Well its always good to Prep your body a couple months in advance. It also depends on what all you will be taking, like vitamins. I know a few natural fertility herbs take a couple months to get in your system and start working. So my advice would be to start taking everything atleast 2 months before he gets home. Are you talking about the Fertility tester by First Response or do you mean Ovulation tests? I have only ever used ovulation strips and you have to be really on top of everything to get it right. TTC takes alot of time and energy
I would definatly consult with your gyno and see what they feel the best thing for you to do is! Goodluck in the future, lots and lots of and hope you get your

i used the fertility tester to see when i was ovulating so i'd pretty much know if i had sex in that time frame my chances of getting pregnant were increased. it worked. get a digital one.
