I can buy two flights home for Thanksgiving???? THAT SUCKS! The fees they add to the flight prices are so out of control. I seriously hate it.

That's still cheaper than one ticket for me to fly home for Thanksgiving, at least last I checked.

Prices of plane tickets are really expensive tho, it sucks!

We're stationed in Nevada, but home is Virginia.

It's A LOT cheaper than me flying home too!

I would be flying from Hawaii to Tx and it is 1000 or higher a lot of the time.

holy crap, I guess I should feel lucky then. I haven't seen my family since Christmas so I am going home for sure, guess I just have to bite the bullet.

Its a holiday too. Try using expedia or orbitz and adjusting the dates of travel to fit your needs. Or using a "watch" to wait and see if the price goes down. also, southwest is pretty cheap. We pay about that much to go home during the holidays. We usually try to go home before or after the holidays though.

Thanks, I've looked at pretty much every site available (I went to bookingbuddy.com) and adjusted some dates and actually flying back on Sat. is cheaper than on Sun so I did that. I would go home at another time, but I work at a school and so we get two days off for Thanksgiving so it's the best time to go.
