Statistically, it's safer than driving.

I don't mind it. It's relaxing to me, and it's better than a long car drive, which I HATE.

see, i like it... when i was a kid, i found it exciting... the whole take off/landing/looking at the ground below was always fun for me.

now i just like it because it means i'm going somewhere on an adventure

What is your biggest fear regarding flying? Take offs, terrorists, turbulence?

How can you find being in a big tin plane, THOUSANDS of miles up in the air relaxing?

I was so scared before my first flight a couple years ago. Actually getting on the plane was the hardest part for me. Once we actually started flying I loved it.

I love flying! It's so relaxing... no one can call you or really get in touch with you, you can just sit there and do nothing, listen to an ipod, read (which is what I do), sleep, etc. with no interruptions. Just remember the bubble gum!

My niece was all whooping and laughing the first time she flew...she said it was better than a roller coaster
