    Hotel Recommendations for Disney World

    Advertisements
I'm looking for hotel recommendations not including Disney hotels or Shades of Green (they're booked up already). Our group will have 4 adults, no kids, and we're not looking to spend over $300/night. Thank you for any advice!

I've always wanted to try it but I have no clue how it works.

We love using Airbnb. You just have to look around and make sure it is a good deal.
We like to get more of an apartment type and use it to cook. We like that because it saves us money in the long run to avoid eating out. Also, I have a child that has allergies and this makes our lives easier. Also, I like the home feel of it.
"Obstinacy is a fault of temperament. Stubbornness and Intolerance of contradiction result from a special kind of Egotism, which elevates above everything else the pleasure of its own autonomous intellect, to which others must bow.: Carl von Clausewitz

If you use Airbnb make sure to look at all the fees as well. I've been seeing a lot lately when looking at other islands that are only $60 a night but then have a $50 cleaning fee + $100 deposit for a single room.

You definitely need to be careful in Orlando...my friend and I went to disney world and stayed right outside the park... our car got broken into! (only applicable if you have your car/renting a car, but still) Along with 5 or 6 other couples/families staying at the hotel. THEN, another hotel down the street had the same thing happen.

I second the idea of looking at Airbnb, you may be able to find one in a safe neighborhood where you don't need to worry about such nonsense!
