Roadtripping from Hampton Roads(VA) to Orlando - Travel, Leisure & Vacations

Has anyone experienced this trek? After looking at the map, I'm a bit nervous..HAHA! It seems awfully long!

We do plan to leave at like 9 or 10pm though!!!

We did that back when we were in VA. I honestly can't remember much but I know we did it in 2 days.

whew! long way! DF is from Daytona Beach and from HR to DB took about 12 hours! Orlando is about another hour from DB. long ass car ride.

As a kid we did it. My mom drove us to Pensacola from VA Beach, so close but not quite the same. She stopped at South of the Border for us and we ate and relaxed. When we were kids we always set out early and stopped early to unwind and swim in the hotel pools. It worked for us.

I have never done it from VA to FL But I do it from VA to maine all the time and it takes about 12 hours. So it's only a little longer, and I enjoy the ride.
