Question for you ladies who have had to change your flight!
I bought my ticket to go see DB in FL April 4-7, yeah I should be happy but he's graduating A school March 20!!
 So now I dont get to go to FL. Yes, I'm happy that he's done with A school, however now he's going somewhere in CA for C school!!!  Oh and btw, I live in MA! Soooo I have a question for you ladies! I already booked my flight and paid $341 to go see him, now I have to change my flight, I've never done this before and was wondering if you ladies have any tips that would help me out!  I called them a couple weeks ago and I got this lady who couldnt speak good english! So i told her I would call back. I'm kinda nervous to what they are going to tell me. If I have to pay more, that's fine! I miss DB soooo much right now that I dont care if I have to pay 200 more, just to spend a weekend with him, now that would be amazing  Thank you ladies in advance!!

You're changing the dates or the destination? I've changed the dates on my flights multiple times with no problems or extra fees. If you bought them online (with a web only price), you can change them online with no extra charge, but if you try to change them on the phone it will cost more. I always fly Southwest. It might be different for different airlines, but I'm sure you can change them.

you normally have to pay a fee, sometimes it will be cheap like maybe 100 bucks, other times it will also include the cost difference between the two tickets if the other one is more expensive. You can also just see if you can cancel the flight and get a voucher for travel. My friend did that and I got a voucher to use for 1 year for the purchase price of the ticket.

which airline did you use? if you booked it online you should be able to go to their website and change it online if possible. that's how i do it with continental and there's no extra charge for me. but if you want a person to speak to, just call the airlines and they should be able to help you out in a quick few mins.
