Hopefully some of you ladies can help me. I want to buy my Plane Tixs tonight to fly down to see DB on the 14-23 of DEC but dont want to pay an arm and a leg.

Anyone know any cheap websites I can go threw? Ive looked at Hotwire, Travelocity, and I forget the other places name. Any others I can take a look at?

I know you said you wanted to buy them today, but on Good Morning America this morning, they said the cheapest time to buy tickets this time of year is the week after Thanksgiving.
Maybe try then if you can't find anything cheap?

Oh, and just from my experiences in the past, nobody can beat Southwest's rates out of BWI.

Ya I was looking at flights out of BWI and Dulles. There is about a 100 dollar difference from what I see.

Im trying to not spend over 330 :\ think thats a long shot?

Thanksgiving is one of, if not the most, traveled holiday so tickets are gonna be jacked up if you're flying now or later. I'd wait until afterwards, prices should be lower.

So I should try and buy after thanksgiving?

Its just im scared that it will be more because then it will be less time till I want to leave..KWIM?.. so then it might be more

Sadly, that's a chance when you're buying tickets.

One time when Dh (then Df) was coming home on leave, his ticket was 400. He was gonna buy it that night when he got paid, but fell asleep before. The next day when he woke up and was going to buy it, it was 750. He didn't have enough, so I bought it for him thinking it wouldn't go back down. 2 weeks later, it was back down to 400.

I usually go hoping from travelocity.com and then go to the website of the airline which flight was the cheapest or more convininent on travelocity. Travelocity and all those places usually charge a service fee and if you go directly to the airline most of the time you will find that same price without the service fee.
Check airlines like Spirit, Jetblue, Southwest. I'm not sure if they all fly from your airport though. Good luck! Ohh I would also wait till after thanksgiving. Hey they might even have a hot deal on black friday

ooo good idea.. black fridays have deals for 99.9 percent of everything that is out there

I gave up looking tonight cause got pulled into PSP and Animation.. so imma talk to DB about waiting to get tixs on friday.. then I guess well decide what we'll do

The actual airlines can and are alot cheaper alot of times. Also check after midnight mid-week. This is normally when flights that were reserved but not booked are rereleased back into their database
