Has anyone flown with Continental? - Travel, Leisure & Vacations

Please tell me that you can check 2 suitcases when travelling on a trans-Atlantic route! I've already managed to fill one suitcase full of presents and there's no room left for my clothes!

I think you can check 2 Sonia...when I went to Rome half our staff flew Continental and I know that there were a few who had more than one bag to check

I've flown Continental and I'm pretty sure you can take two suitcases. Not sure how heavy they can be though. You should be able to check on their website for their baggage policies

during the holidays they are more stringent on baggage stuff so if you are flying for thanksgiving or christmas be careful and call them.

Yes, you can check two bags if traveling in coach. Business and first class, you can check 3. And remember not to wrap the presents, airport security and customs will need to see them.

(And ust be thankful you aren't flying SAS...apparently they only allow 1 carryon in coach...end of the world if you're me and never check a bag. Thankfully they allow the normal 2 in business class, which is what we're allowed to fly overseas...no lost bags for me, thanks!)

If you fly from any airport in the UK you're only allowed one small carry-on (including your purse!).
