Chocolate Oatmeal Squares

Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup peanutbutter
3 cups oatmeal
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix together sugar and cococa. Slowly add milk and softened margarine. Boil until firm, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and peanut butter. Add oatmeal. Mix thoroughly. Spread into square pan. Cut when cool.


can also be dropped onto wax paper in spoonfuls.
