Cookies! Snickerdoodles

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix butter shortening sugar and eggs. Blend in flour. Form dough into 1 inch balls. Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg. Roll balls in sugar mixture. Bake 8-10 minutes
