CUPCAKES!
I need a cupcake recipe, like, pronto, preferably lemon or vanilla.
Soon pleas,e I gotta go to walmart in a half hour to get the ingredients and make a test run.

Just get a cake mix.
The ingredients are pretty much the same, just perfected measurements so you don't have to worry about it. I'd add a couple drops of vanilla extract to the mix and some lemon zest on top of the icing and you're done. Easy as... cake!

Probably too late, but if not, substitute the vegetable oil the cake mix calls for with a the same amount of apple sauce. The cupcakes will come out much more moist! You won't be able to taste the apple sauce at all.
