Nutella Brownies (with and without PB)

Nutella brownies without peanut butter

you will need
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 C Natural Cocoa powder
3/4 C Sugar
1/2 C Nutella
3oz Dark Chocolate, melted
2 eggs
1/2 C all-purpose flour
1/2 t salt
More chocolate chips/chunks/chopped nuts

How to make
You start with 1 stick of butter + 1/2 C of Natural Cocoa powder.
Heat it in the microwave for roughly 1 minute or untill the butter is melted.
Whisk like mad.
When its nice & smooth, add 3/4 C sugar + 1/2 C Nutella + 3 oz Melted dark chocolate.
Whisk in 2 eggs. Sift together 1/2 C flour + 1/2 t salt.
Dump the flour mixture over the chocolate mix & fold gently with a rubber spatula.
Fold in chocolate chips/chunks/chopped nuts. Pour into 8x8 inch pan.
Bake at 350F for 20-25 min.
Cool & slice into bars. Don't forget to enjoy.

Nutella Brownies With peanut butter

you will need
½ cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
4 tbsp (¼ cup) peanut butter (chunky, smooth, whatever you have on hand)
4 tbsp (¼ cup) Nutella

How to make
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Measure the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt into a small bowl and whisk to combine.
Stir the sugar into the melted butter. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Take nutella and peanut butter and heat over the stove untill runny and smooth. Fold into brownie mix.
Pour batter into pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
