Im making a caramel apple cheesecake for ds, pumpkin pie for me, chocolate cake for dd and a double crust peach cobbler for dh. We make them in miniture size so we arent eating desserts for weeks on end. Oh, I stole all my recipes from foodnetwork.com

Chocolate pecan pie - of course homemade - my mom makes it & basically it's a pecan pie with chocolate in it. I'll ask her for the recipe....it's absolutely wonderful!
