FRUIT PIZZA

So after looking at some of these mouth dropping recipes, it has made me crave some sweets. I thought I would post one of my favorite treats for those who may want to try and love to eat fruit. Makes a great dessert for a party, shower or just plain breakfast!

How I make mine is with 2 or 3 bananas sliced round
Fresh Strawberries (sliced)
Fresh Blueberries

One roll of sugar cookie dough (I used a snikerdoodle and it was yum)
either will work

2 regular sized boxes of vanilla pudding

Roll out and pat the cookie dough onto a lightly greased pizza pan or a non-stick pan

Bake the cookie until done
Let cool

While the cookie is baking mix the pudding and let sit in fridge it will be ready to spread by the time cookie bakes and cools

Once the cookie has cooled take the pudding and spread all over like a sauce
Next take your sliced fruit and place onto the pudding

You can arrange fruit however you like, I usually make rings One ring of bananas, then strawberries then blueberries then repeat

Once you have covered the pudding with fruit, let chill for half hour

Slice and serve

P.S. You can use more than the three fruits I mentioned, it's up to you.
