Cowboy cookies
I was making these cookies today and they are always loved by my family so i thought i would share:
1 1/2 cups peanut butter 1/2 cup softened butter 1/4 cup light corn syrup 1 tsp vanilla 2 tsp baking soda 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 3 eggs 4 1/2 oats 1 cup chocolate chips 1 cup M&M baking bits Mix peanut butter, butter, sugars, syrup, eggs & vanilla. Combine oates and baking soda. Add to sugar mixture. Add chocolate. Shape into golf balls, big enough so about 6 cookies on each sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen.
