Do you want to bake cheesecake in a cupcake form, or are you looking for an actual cupcake that is cheesecake flavored? Jello makes a boxed no bake cheesecake that is pretty good, its really easy to make it from scratch though, so let me know which you are looking for and I will get the recipe

Sorry, I was on vacation until yesterday! You can use any cheesecake recipe for that, you just bake them for a shorter time (I just keep checking until they are set). I like this type of recipe http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf/recipes...ake-54904.aspx
but you can omit the sour cream layer, or just do a search for mini cheesecakes. You use about 1 tbsp of crumbs in the bottom of each paper filled cup and press, then just fill almost to the top. They should take about 20 min, but like I said, you should just keep checking (without opening the oven) until they are done. This is a really good chocolate cheesecake recipe: http://www.hersheys.com/recipes/reci...5&keyword=mini cheesecake |
